  Customer service at Deep End Pools is very impressive. Every contact we had (from sales to admin to installation) was first rate. The sales guy was knowledgeable and didnt try to talk us into a higher spec we didnt need. Peter in the office responded quickly to emails, found us an electrician and co-ordinated his visits and generally gave a top rate service. The installation guys were great - they arrived on time, got the job done, explained everything to us and all while working outside at -4 degrees. The whole process was made easy by this company - I would highly recommend them if you are buying a hot tub.

  From order to delivery the whole process was very smooth. Peter has been very helpful and kept us informed throughout. The installers were great. Enjoying the hot tub immensely.
